I had Michele Klyne come in to coach a workshop on goal setting and strategic planning for 2021 with my team and it was a great success.

We left with concrete plans, structure, strategies and brainstorming tools, not to mention the enthusiasm to put all of these into place. This was in large part due to Michele's uplifting energy and insightful questions that got us to think as individuals as well as as a team. We're excited, not apprehensive about all we have to do, signs of a great coach.
